2019 Applicants Stuck

Looking around, COULD ONE'S WILLING TO BELIEVE hold any water that, every metric going awry (i.e. 1 year processing time, 3 months from Test to Oath, etc.), their claim to be now processing June 2019 applications is true?

I am searching for some "hopium" here:

I am trying to believe that it is indeed rare to find applicants of prior to June 2019 without Oath scheduled. True or false?

Feb 2018 applicant here. Both test and background checks are completed but still waiting for the oath. :)

April 2019 Applicant here, waiting on physical presence and oath. Test and other checks completed. Almost seems paper applications have been all put on hold.

On the contrary, paper applications seem to be going full speed right now. I applied with a paper application in Feb 2021 and am already done with the BG check and the test. Other from Feb who applied online have only started receiving their AOR in Aug and still far away from BG checks and test.

me too 2019 april applicant and waiting on physical presence and oath. Done my test on Sep 2019 and no further update since then :(
 
Dec 2019 applicant here (online). FP request done and marked complete Aug 2020, nothing since then. Still haven't even had the test invite, it makes me want to cry with frustration

Stuck here too, December 2019, no test , nothing.

I was an idiot to apply at the end of 2019. i thought it might be better to submit end of 2019 instead of January 2020 which was few weeks away.
 
My brother: July 2019, no test yet, BG check in process
I'm June 2019, just got scheduled for oath in Spe, TEST cleared on March, 2020.

Many other early 2019 applicants are still "patiently" waiting,,,,

You'd think that you and your brother would have the same timeline because coming from the same family and background, likely the security check for you two would be similar. but NO, vastly different experiences. This shows how random IRCC procedures are. Any talk of security clearance and nonroutine application etc is just BS.
Just out of curiosity, did you do anything to expedite your application that your brother didn't do?
