2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

Hello Guys,
I applied my paper based PR in June 2019 and got AOR in July 2019.
My post graduation WP will expire in July 2020. And my wife also here in canada on dependent.
Could you suggest me am I able to extend both WP at a same time on AOR .?
Or I have to extend mine first then my wife WP.?
Please share your views its very helpful for me.

Thanks. I got Decision Made on ecas today so hoping for PPR next week.
Just a quick question. Can I mention a different return mailing address while sending my passport to CIC than what I mentioned on ecas or should it be same?
