2018 January applicants for PR (paper-based)

when was application receive date? its based in that not on AOR.

Actually both applied in an hour difference through fedex, app received date for both is Feb 8,2018 and AOR is March 8 2018....
Both are inland applicants, but there is no travel history for him...background checks took less time in IP1 stage..this might be the reason that he got medicals soon .... I have been to five countries along with canada working on behalf of my company.....so long travel history....still waiting for medicals..(this is my guess).In the middle, at the end of june they requested for Additional docs---PCCS from the countries we stayed in..submitted all before the due date......For me in my account ...still showing ADR uploaded and we are processing background checks....ordered GCMS notes on OCT 1st ..lets see.....

there is nothing to worry. i hope long travel history is not a problem. my receive date is march. they are still kinda working on feb apps. i stayed in 4 countries too including canada. traveled to around 10 countries. i got my pccs all together with app and got no ADR. i am waiting too on MR. i am not worried because a friend of mine had the same history. they took no extra time. might be a month late but we will be there. they mix 2 months. like they are working on feb and march applicants together. need to waitt thats all. ur friend is just lucky.

i still do not think it is a bad thing. i lived usa for 1 year too.

It is not a bad thing, it just takes more time for them to process our PCCs.

Hi everyone...i have applied federal file after provincial nomination. Its more than 2 months now. I did not get any AOR. My work permit is going to expire soon. Any idea how much time AOR will take. Becoz all my frnds got aor within 1 nd half month. And can i apply work permit without AOR.

why dont you apply through worl permit support letter u've got with pnp

Yeah i got that. Any extra document required for work permit along with letter of support.

great! looks like they might have started on MRs now. coz we got MR yesterday so its getting to everyday now. hopefully we will get rains starting next week. hard to wait knowing they are in march and they were in march in july too but they stopped.
