Similar timeline. I think it could take anywhere between 3-6 months hopefully.
Also side note... the above timeline is not GCMS notes it is from ECAS. GCMS notes are quite ellaborative. You can order GCMS notes from the link below.

these days, applicants who applied June 2017 are getting a PPR.
that is why I guess that we need to wait for ppr around 6 months.

also It will be amazing slow processing on Chrismas season.

i dont get the idea of why some people are luckier to receive MR than the other? like do they screen every application so they know who to prioritize first? like what are the basis to receive MR request earlier? been waiting here for 9 months. i do hope all is well in the end =)
they are not prioritizing anyone. notice that they are doing first come first serve. they systematically issued MRs till march 1. not that they are giving MR to june apps beforr march. we just need to wait our time.

IRCC have a special way they work when it comes to processing applications. The government of Canada have a quota for available number of PR visas to be issued to all applicants. If we all noticed carefully, early in the year, they were issuing MRs and when they got the new quota for PR visa for the year 2018/2019, they started issuing PPRs to applicants that were due for PPR. Once the cap for visas is reached/almost reached, they will start issuing MRs again and you will hardly see the rain of PPRs anymore. That is just the way things work with them. Note, when i say visas, you have to consider all Express Entry candidates as well. One just need to pray that it gets to ones turn and the cap should not be filled during one's turn.

Hello partners,

We received our confirmation of Manitoba Provincial Nominee program this week. Could you please help me to be clear with the following:

Where should we get the police certificate? I mean through Winnipeg Police or RCMP. I am confused.

Thank you very much for your help!

You don't need to provide Canadian police but if you want so you can get from RCMP at smith ave
Police station don't deal with police certificate in winnipeg now. You go there and they will deal with you.
you need finger print as well for canadian No criminal certificate for immigration.

you said they were issuing MR for March applicant and by that i assume its March this year? and are we basing on issuance of AOR? cause its freaking me out now that my AOR was issue last January 2018 and i have not receive any FTs and MR..

that made me think that some comes first than the other. but really, i had no idea. i was just hoping to receive update anytime soon.

yes we all are hoping updates soon. i meant March 1 2018. but that is only for inland applicants. i am not sure about outland apps. i just received a reply saying that it all depends on assigned quotas for PNPs. therr are many factors that we need to look at and how fast they can verify info that you provided. we can only wait.

i totally forgot about quotas so your info makes sense. EE and PNPs have seperates quotas. yes they may issue PPRs for those who received MRs already. quotas go up 2019/2020. we should fit in hopefully.
