Same situation here. Everything passed and they say under final review since middle of July still no news. Is you file in Local office? And whats your timeline if you don't mind sharing. Am a February Applicant and my file is in Winnipeg local office. Thanks

nothing after that call them twice but got same answer that its in final review .
my file is at Sydney office .
Thanks. same here called them a few times to know how long it will take for officer to complete final review and they say there's no time frame. Very frustrating. Fingers crossed tho. Hopefully good news soon. Anyone here have file in Winnipeg local office and in final review?

Called July 12th 2019 n agent confirmed everything passed. Got Pre arrival same day. Called a few times but still on final review they say smh
Still on the waiting game.
