Hello, everyone I creat this thread for those who add spouse after in their file. Please everyone share your timeline in detlail because our case are totally different then Normal.

Add spouse Aug 2016
Medical and questionary 1st march 2017
Contacted 2nd aug 2017 and got reply that file is in quaue by an office for review
After nothing that.
 
Inland OINP paper based non-EE:

File received 08.05.2016
AOR 11.22.2016
Additional file requests for spouse: 02.22.2017
MR for both: 09.20.2017
Medical Done: 10.06.2017
Background check displays as "in process" on cic since 10.10.2017

Sorry for the confusion.
I sent out email to cic informing my marital status changed from single to married after AOR, and then I got an email from them on 02.22.2017 asking for additional files, documents, forms etc for my wife.

FEB 2016? OMG I cannot believe they are this slow!

Their response are useless.. Did you try to order GCMS notes?
Is your background check status in cic online account showing "In Process"?
 
I applied last Sept30 only..so im expecting it at the end of october till early november..

I tried to email ircc as well and the reply was wait till dec7 if nothing happend call them back
 
Hi there,

I went to MP today and asked help to check the status of my application;

bec i added my spouse in the mid of process that causes already delayed on process,medical was passed but i was stocked in criminality stage evaluation :( they cant tell me when it will move on the next stage and waiting for the officer....

Same to same reply they give me on 2nd Aug 2017 after that nothing.
 
June 8th 2016 applicant.

Spouse added on June 12th 2017

Medicals requested on Oct 1st 2017

Cic status changed to Medical passed on Oct 17th 2017.

Hopefully we all will get PPR soon
 
May 20, 2016 applicant.

My medical done: June 12, 2017.

Spouse added in September 2017. Provided upfront medical, PCC and marriage certificate.

Currently status says background not started. Don't know how long it will take.
