2015 April-Outland spousal application

If you look at the spreadsheet the a lot of us in april that just have SA....
sometimes I think maybe they lost the april files somewhere!

May and June applicants are actually showing in process where they are so many of us in April that there is nothing.....

Doesn’t yours say “in process” cause mine says in process but i’m going crazy waiting here...sigh

no mine says application received
on my husbands ECAS it has said that since April 7, 2015....

So on your Ecas for Sponsor and Permanent Residence say Application Received?I see, it should be fine though...we are all still waiting. I hope for the best for everyone here...I hear you though, the waiting is just so annoying now. But you know what, at the end of the day, it will all be fine and we’ll laugh at it and remember the time we were so stressed about it while sipping cold ice teas on a warm summer day!=) BLESSSINGS!

My ecas says "application received" status for atleast a month and Sept 5, it changed to "in process" status".
...my boss was kidding me, she said my husbands visa was affected by welcoming those syrian refugees...

Practising the art of waiting and hang on there...for it will not last!!!

yes under my ECAS it has his name and then Application Received
I go under his ECASE it has Application Received

I am august applicant and sent my file to mississauga for spouse visa on 16th Aug , 2015. Can anyone give me the idea when i will get the confirmation mail from CIC and AOR1?
Please help....

You should be receiving it sometime in the next week or so based on trends. Most see AOR around 4-5 weeks, but keep in mind the number of holiday days we've had since you mailed your application.

You can <a href"https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas">go here</a> to check the status of your application. If you paid for your fees online, you can use your receipt number to see if your application was received and input into the system. (Use the number from your IMM 5401.)

Once you receive your AOR email or letter, you'll be given an application and UCI number you can also use to log in and see the status of your application.

that is great news - when you get your passport back you should have all the documentation you need. Looks like you're almost done.

hi canadianinlove yes thank god but my passport turning 3months this coming october to the embassy and i already completed my documents and packed in my bag LOL!

Good morning Fellow April applicants!

My husband has been invited to go for an interview in Trinidad - Port of Spain Visa Office October 29, 2015 at 8am.
I send the visa office an email on September 16, 2015 asking for an update as we never received and AOR2. The next day we got a letter telling us that we have an interview at the end of October. I am scratching my head and wondering if it was just coincidence...

My ECAS now says.

1.We received your application for permanent residence on April 7, 2015.
2.We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on June 16, 2015.
3.We started processing your application on June 9, 2015.
4.We sent you a letter on September 17, 2015. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Now I just have to wait weeks before our interview. I am glad our file is finally moving forward. Nervous about the interview but in the same thought just happy that we are moving forward. Just praying that all things more forward and are positive for us.
