Anyone Got his file return from NSOI, after request or without request to NSOI? Please share your views bcoz it is important to predict about they keep our file in Que for 2015...

In case they don't return your files until now , it means that you have 98% to be nominated .

I haven't received my files back and l seriously need them. Do l have to call NSNP in order to have my documents returned to me? If someone knows, please help.

Almost useless stream they opened. They have not updated to applicants about their application status and frequently removing and change documents and faqs going on since this stream has started.

Disappointing. :'(

Any 18th march applicant got something from Nova Scotia????????
If 150 nomination has been done, why Nova Scotia is not sending the application packages back to us.

I don't understand you guys concern why Nova Scotia is not sending back the application packages now to you??
I don't see why it matters????

1) if they fill quota they will send it back in due time (next month or 2, they have so many applications so its understandable)
2) why you need it back urgently? Whatever u submitted would be mere copies, no originals....

I don't get it...can someone explain? Maybe I missed something. :-X

it's been more than 150 Days, I received AOR from Central Intake Office, Sydney. After that, there is no news / update from visa office. Are all of the applicants in this forum are experiencing the same situations? Whether CIC put this immigration stream on hold?

May be some of them expecting NSNP will not return their application back and keep them in queu for next intake :

There were all copies of documents, nothing original except form related to Nova Scotia. I think they will not return the applications and nor consider in following year.

NSIO works slower then a turtle moves, they had mentioned that 3months time application guide but all rubbish they are doing.

They should update to all applicants about the status of their application or return if not selected instead to saying we are working on it....

Hello, everyone!

Our NSNP application was received first week of April. I'm not expecting about my application's progress anymore because they will only get 150! Good thing, FSWP has surprised us that nurses are included on the list of eligible occupations this year. I also sent an application package last May and now we already got our Visas.

Even though I was not given a chance to be processed in NSNP, it allowed me and my documents to be prepared for FSWP. Indeed, everything happens for a reason. Just have faith and always stay positive.
