i guess the rules will be different from previous nsnp.you should be ready to apply by prepare all documents such as ielts, education cridental if you are from outside canada ....etc.you can submitte you application alone without any problem

Thanks . I did yesterday and I got a quick reply that my address was updated. My application has reached on March 28. They also confirmed that :
Successful applicants are being notified as they are nominated.
If you have not been notified it means that your application has not reached processing yet. We can confirm that the Office is still processing RLMD files.
We cannot provide timeframes for completion, or information pertaining to assessment up to specific dates,
Once we have reached our quota, all remaining applications will be returned to applicants."
