Who the person received a rejection this is the way that they do that?...or I have to wait for an official letter? I don't know what else to do...I made all the things that I could do...I traveled there, I met some people, we proof jobs there and include interviews .....thank you for your help!

Hello my friends (sohaila,solomonwise,sarapatriciaf,tenkrun10,arandas,bensonams and all people in the same boat as me i need your help ASAP :o

on saturday i sent all inqueires to NSNP with full evidance on what he asked me to approve.and today i received email from immigration officer like below :
Hi Mr. Alhajibrahim,

I am working on your NSNP application today and have questions for you.

You applied for the federal skilled worker (FSW) program in 2014. Have you heard anything from CIC about your FSW application? Have you been given a file number yet?

With regards to your NSNP application, I have serious concerns about your intention to settle in Nova Scotia, as you identified Alberta as your intended destination in your FSW application.

If you contact CIC about your FSW application and request that you change your intended destination to Nova Scotia, then I would be prepared to nomination you. Let me know how you plan to proceed.

If you decide to contact CIC to change your destination to Nova Scotia, then provide me with proof of that correspondence by December 1, 2014.

Thanks,
Leanne Bartlett

please my friends i am in critical suituation now .
HOW can i contact to fsw to change my destination from alberta to NOVA SCOTIA? i think it is very easy isn'tit??
why he does not asked me to withdraw my application fsw2014 !!!!!!!!
any body give me the formula of email that can help me to introduce my situation to cic and the offical email ?
how many days that cic can reply to my inquier asap before 1 december???

i hope to take the nomination inshalah

I tell you! This agent is complicated, that's the same for me. Call CIC, this is the number 18882422100 for information. It's doesn't matter if you give your information in the last day, but is important that you have everything complete.

Some forumites sent private messages asking for a sample settlement plan, i'm posted as a guide. There are other examples on this forum if you search

Settlement plans have a significant element of uniqueness. It is unique to each person's situation. Here.....I Strongly advise that you edit to suit your situation. I'll post publicly for the benefit of others too

EDIT DO NOT COPY WORD FOR WORD

I’ve thoughtfully planned my settlement in Nova Scotia spanning the areas of Economics, Network / Relationship building, and Job Search
Settlement – Economics:
I have over $xxxxxxxxx in funds saved with no dependents (see attached liquid assets). I’m also saving an extra $3600 through the end of 2014 for my move to Nova Scotia. With very limited loan liability ($x/ mo), Per my research on craigslist, I can get a one bedroom at a good location for ~ 550/ month. With food, transportation, phone, internet. I can limit my initial monthly cost burden to $1250 / month.

Settlement – Network:
I enjoy the benefit of having a friend from Nova Scotia (copy of text messages per my inquiries, communications with on where to live etc is attached)First is to build my initial network through my friend that resides in Sydney She’ll be introducing me to her childhood friends many of which now live in Halifax. I also plan on building a professional network by attending engineering conferences like the CSCE annual sustainable Municipalities conference that affords Engineers / Technologist to build a network but also provides the opportunity to interview with companies hiring engineers and scientist. Being a person of faith, I also plan on finding a church family

Settlement – Finding a Job.
I have started the process for licensure to practice Mechanical Engineering in Nova Scotia (see attached correspondence on progress on licensure). The plan is to be licensed prior to arrival as my education falls under the Washignton accord and not needing to sit the exam. I’ve also researched alternative jobs aligned with my experience but not needing licensure. To increase my chances of success, I’ll attend mock interviews to understand the norms in Canada (specifically Nova Scotia) in interviewing in the event that I fail to secure a job on / before arrival
I have researched volunteer opportunities via isis and plan on volunteering the first week of arrival to meet people, further establish a network and also to seize the opportunity to display my competence.
I have recently joined Canadian job banks and working the option of working with XXXXXX – a XXXXXXXXX dealership company (I currently work for XXXXXXXXXXXX)

Future Plans –
My immediate future plan is to get established in Nova Scotia (economically, socially etc.) Start my Engineering Job and get involved in the community. My goal is to be resident in Nova Scotia by the summer of 2015 (contingent on processing times)

The stream is called "Regional Labour Market Demand Nova Scotia Nominee Program"
they not required a Job Offer this March.

However this program doesn't have an opening date yet.

I would advise to wait till another two weeks or so, till the criteria/guidelines are published.

You may be able to do it yourself (with help from forum members) and save yourself thousands of dollars in consultant fees
