Congrats for your nomination....you should have police clerance certificate for both yourself & your spouse.....& for children i dont thinl there is any need of PCC for them. Seniors plz help him with ..

I have questions regarding police certificate:
= when should I request police certificate in my country, before or after requested by CIC? according to the checklist, it is encouraged to include it together with the application. But in order to obtain the police certificate, we must provide original letter from the Canadian Consulate General requesting the certificate and the police certificate will be sent directly to the Canadian Consulate General.
= how many police certificate should be requested? Me as the main applicant only? or including my spouse and children (they are below 18 y.o)?

Happy and quiet confuse right now to complete the check list docs needed but grateful as always ;D

- Request your PCC immediately so that you have it when you need to pay your RFPRF. You don't have to wait till you get the PCC to send our application to CIC. In fact, do not wait. You can send PCC once you get your AOR.

- PCC are ONLY for applicants over 18 years

Hi all.....I caled NSOI last night..the lady on the other end told me that 134 nominations has been done till date and they still processing applications received till march 14..moreover she said NSOI don't have any plans to increase the cap limit..whenever 150 nominations will be complete they will notify on their website and all the unprocessed applications will be returned back to applicants as from jan 1, 2015 the criteria will be different.i am so disappointed with NS officials they acted very unprofessionally and played with the emotions of thousands of people. .

no...I asked her that if NS will keep our applications for the next scheme that will start in january 1..she said no..!
