FSWP is currently working in 30/5/2014. I.E: your DD is going to be encashed sooner. If I were you, I will be waiting until CIC accepted my FSWP application. It is around one week. If CIC accepts my file, I will proceed in FSWP because it is much faster than any stream. If not I will back to NS

It is left for you to know which to choose. With fsw, you can stay anywhere in Canada but with Nsnp nomination, you can only stay in NS for the time being, at least 3 to 4 years before you can relocate.

Did you read and understand the report properly??

The last line is the most critical---it is unlikely that Nova Scotia will be granted the substantial increase that it wants.
I maintain that it will be tough and chances to apply to this province is not good.

Just my opinion.
