Mine was received on April 3 and I still waiting for any update but I think I am out of this race. I am so disappointed. I have been sending emails to NSOI but I've not received any news.

Mine was received on March 28th, up today no news, as you said in a previews post "Esta cabron que nos nominen a esta fecha, asi dirian en mi pais"

No hope from NSIO....they make us and themselves fool because of receiving applications till April end, even they know that, they will nominate only 150 people and that could easily select in 7days.

No hope from NSIO....they make us and themselves fool because of receiving applications till April end, even they know that, they will nominate only 150 people and that could easily select in 7days.

I agree with you. My question is: What will happen next year?? Will they use the same method "first come first served basis"?? If so, they must stop their program on first day because they're gonna receive so many applications in just one day.
