In the original visa form the exact wording I entered was - "Sydney Nova Scotia"

I was told to review and update on August 6th.

I sent an update last night (aug 11th). The august 11th update was - "CPC Ottawa"

I received an email this morning asking to verify that CPC Ottawa is the visa office of choice and then briefly explain my rationale for selecting CPC Ottawa as I'm not resident in Canada. The CIC websites lists ottawa as office for us residents. I sent the link and a screen shot. Per CIC link, i don't think there's ambiguity . Thoughts ?

You can share link as well as tell them you are in the USA.

I think they are going to nominate you... that the reason they are confirming Visa office with you... Because I remember that someone told that in nomination.. they will provide visa office name also.

That's what the positive / optimistic side of me thinks - I saw that somewhere too where on the forum too BUT don't want to count my chicks before they hatch. You just never know

I'm new here. I sent in my application sometime in early April and going by the posts here, its likely to be returned without being opened.
Unfortunately, I realized I did not include some of the CIC forms in my application because I assumed those were for the application to CIC after nomination. I have now scanned and sent them to NSOI via email but no response to the mail yet. What do you all think?
Also I'll like to ask those that have received Nomination, did you verify your credentials through WES before being nominated?

You may not get reply from nsoi. The email you used to write them is for auto reply & for for those with file number already. If NSOI wants ur credentials verified by WES they will inform you once they are considering ur case.

Hello Itexpert,
I had talked with nsoi employee yesterday . She told me that they are still processing files received upto mid of march . They will not increase number of nominations fixed . Also i have noticed that nobody is getting prescreen email since last one month . I think they are very close to their target and will not send any fresh prescreen mail . We should look for some other option now .
