Hi Friends,

I application reached on 31-Mar-14 for Accountant category.

First of all, we should stop sending emails and calling to NS. They have to process the application until 28-Apr-14. If you see the previous history, they have increase the limit to 700 as 150 is very less for NS. Also not all 150 will be accepted by CIC and not all 150 will immediately travel to NS. So They have to nominate more considering the people will travel in 2016 and 2017. This exercise to nominate only 150 will be not be viable for such a big state where CAPEX is high in 2016 to 2020.

So friends, relax and let all of us give time to NS to do their job peacefully.
Be positive and god bless us all.

Regards,
Gaurav
:)Best words ever posted.

Bro My file was also received on March 31, I am also waiting for my turn eagerly.....Keep in touch...

I want to know where did you get the information that they increased the number of nominations from 150 to 700?That sounds great if it's true,I have applied under the accountant category, too.I haven't heard anything yet from NSOI,and I would like to beleive that they will not finish the nominating with 'first in first serve' because it's not fair.

If he/she didn't ask you to send through mail or courier, than send by email.

Thank you very much.
There is a sentence in received e-mail:
"Please address the above issues and provide new copies of the federal documents mentioned by email, fax, or mail. "

Dose it mean that there is no difference in the method of sending documents?

Dear Friends,
I am from India Mumbai and working in Dubai. Anyone from UAE, Message me, Lets meet.
Last time also they increase the limit to 700. As in the auto reply from NS, it is mentioned that they have approval for 700 and have allocated 150 only under RLMS. So if they do not find 550 in other streams, then definitely, they will have 550 in RLMS. I am Miilion % sure, all 550 coming to RLMS,
So friends relax and prepare for all the required documents and also mentally prepare yourself for migration in 2016.

Have faith in GOD.
Please keep hand on heart and say "All is well" :)

Thank you and God bless us all.

Both myself and my wife are Indian citizens working on H1B in US for more than six years. We have a son who is US-citizen. Recently, by god's grace and support from everyone, we had received nomination from NSNP. Now, we are asked to to submit the federal immigration application to CIO-Sydney. We had filled the Visa office as India (unknowingly but it seems managable)

We have specific questions w.r.t. the following in IMM5690E document checklist:
1. "Police certificates and Clearances: You must get a police certificate from each country or territory where you have lived for six or more months in a row since the age of 18. You are strongly encouraged to submit your police certificates with your application to the CIO. If your are unable to obtain all the necessary police certificates, you may still send your application to the CIO without them. However, we strongly recommend that you take steps to obtain your police certificates now to avoid future delays. You must be ready to submit them when requested by an officer".
(a). Stay in India: As per CIC website /security/police-cert/asia-pacific/india.asp (which says Non-Resident Requests Applicants should contact the Indian embassy or consulate.), we are planning to submit request for PCC at Indian consulate in SanFrancsico. Does any one how long it take for the Indian embassy to give the police certificates? Is there anything else required from India?
(b) Stay in US: We have received fingerprint reports from FBI. Is there anything else required for stay in US?

2. Paying fees: Which mode of payment is preferred? Payment on Internet or Using Payment fee form?

3. How long does it take after we submit the application to CIO-Sydney to receive PR (or COPR)? Any pointers or hep will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
