Because RLDM PNP is different from other PNP's mostly all the PNP visas are for inland ppl and RLDM is for outside canada ppl too.

can they tell us what is the difference between the email letter and the one we will get via mail.

Recieave case no.mail on 11 July .reached application on 12 march. Seniors do u advice when I will get nomination mail ?.according to it predictions .is I am in race to get nomination?

This is because nomination letter on email is not singed by the officer its just the name written on it .. and the letter which we will get by mail will be singed by an officer thats why they mentioned when preparing your application package for submission to CIC, ensure that you include the original signed Letter of Nomination.

almost in the same boat. I got my pre-screen July 10th, and waiting. It takes about 6 weeks (up to 8 weeks )

The hard copy of nomination letter from NSOI is only different from the soft copy sent via email because of the signature on it. Once you get your hard copy, make a copy of it with the signature and add to your documents you are sending to CIC. Note at this stage follow the instruction in the documents checklist for PNP.

I sent my doc to CIC last 10 July without the signed nomination
First they didn't mention exactly in CIC checklist any rules they just stated copy
Secondly in the email of nomination from nd they also didn't stated rules they told us copy or original
Third that NSNP stated that already sent our nomination to CIC directly so they know whose got nominated or not they Will not stick only with our doc only

Thanks Mohamed for explaining and support my view.

I believe that some people are submitting their application to CIC, Canada first time. I would suggest you to follow check lists documents only.

If you are sending any additional documents then explain in cover letter why you are sending and purpose.

I just spoke on phone to NSOI . They told me that 74 nominations have been issued till now . She also told me that they are processing applications received till 14h March and hope they will finish nominations by that date . They may not open file received after 14h March . Very disappointing news . My application reached on 18th March . Very unlucky . I am really very sad to hear this news from the lady there on phone .

This is really a sad news... They broke so many applicants' hearts because of that 150 cap that was not announced early in the release of the program..
