Provide proof of unencumbered and readily transferable funds in a convertible currency available for settlement in
Canada:
• current bank certification letter; or
• evidence of savings balance; or
• fixed or time deposit statements.

I suppose for NSOI it should be the same. It is also mentioned in the form:

Amount of unencumbered transferable and
available funds you have, in Canadian dollars

That means that you don't need to include the value of property in the total sum.

U have to send the hard copy of nomintion not the email one dont be in hurry wait for hard copy to come via mail

Better to send copy unless they stated original.

I agree with sunnytheshine as it is clearly written on the NSNP guide that we need to send original nomination letter to CIC.

You will receive by mail an original signed Letter of Nomination, plus a copy for your records. Please note: Your nomination expires 6 months after issuance; and when preparing your application package for submission to CIC, ensure that you include the original signed Letter of Nomination.

This is because nomination letter on email is not singed by the officer its just the name written on it .. and the letter which we will get by mail will be singed by an officer thats why they mentioned when preparing your application package for submission to CIC, ensure that you include the original signed Letter of Nomination.

It could be reason that you are submitting file outside Canada and visa office should be different.

My friend who got the nomination from Ontario and he submitted copy of nomination letter and got PR.
But he applied from Canada.

Just my view

Because RLDM PNP is different from other PNP's mostly all the PNP visas are for inland ppl and RLDM is for outside canada ppl too.
