Who is your io? I just find it a bit unprofessional not to acknowledge. I hope my io can do send me a simple acknowledgement as per request. Sending them in bulk sometimes leads to the email being lost and i've bern in such circumstsnce.


Anyone here rejected after additional docs were asked or submitted? How did you submit'? One by one or in bulk?

We are in de same boat here, I sent mine on 25th and 26th July, there is no acknowledgement. So let's hope and exercise patients and see what will happen next. Refusal is hard after receiving pre screening mail. But let's hope for the best

In my case IO did not send me any acknowledgement after I sent her documents in one email (email size is about 15MB, all scan documents).
I thing you have to be patients and wait for the best. Hope you will get your nomination very soon.

i called them an hour ago and she said that they are working on applications received till mid march and we haven't reached march 17 yet, Also the last nomination was for an application received on March 12, and that they don't have a sub-cap for engineers or pharmacists it's only one cap 150 in total.

But it is strange, that 10 days ago the lady said me that they already started to open apps received at 17 and 18...

What about pre-screening e-mails that they are sending to candidate applicants? are they counting those as well? they might have sent as many as 150 of them so far? this means that they are done selecting their nominations, isn't it?

Was frances the one who asked you for additional docs or frances signed the letter? (You are lucky. She's the senior io already.) Mine is Aun. Didn't send me any acknowledgment and I am just being xtra careful as those might not reach the assigned case officer for me so I also asked frances assistance to forward it to Aun..

I know it's strange, but if you thought about it you will find it stranger to be working on 17 & 18 March applicants because there's only one applicant from March 14 from the forum who received pre-scr and no one from 17&18 received anything even rejection.

Any applicant who applied on 17 or 18 March received prescreen mail ? I am also 18 March applicant , but received no response from nsoi till now . I think nomination target will be completed before 18th March applications . Since last three weeks no prescreen mail .Please update if there is any .

I think are completely insane. The program is not even properly thought through. total 150 on first cum first basis without any sub cap ? What nonsense? They are so idiots how can they then design RLMD where there is not match between what they process and what demand is? If all 150 were 2173/2174/1112 where maximum files rejected last year under FSW 14 then what to do with other NOCs? Some NOCs included in revised list and file reached in April 14 what about them? They are just nonsense and bunch of stupid people processing junk papers.
