Yes, since you are in US for more than a year your VO is CPC-OTTAWA. Also, at present the fastest processing is done by CPC-OTTAWA. I would say you are lucky that you come under it.

But for the issue you have for NDVO, you can contact NS office and request them for file transfer to CPC-OTTAWA.
NS office has full control and your file can be transferred to CPC-OTTAWA.

I think its not a big issue, its just that you need to make few phone calls- either to NS OR ND office.

Good luck!!!!!!

Guys,

Any one can share nomination screen shot. Just remove your details.

Is visa office also mentioned in nomination letter?

I quote you wrong, have u forgotten that a copy of his nomination will be sent to CIC? The best thing is to write to your case officer and explain everything to him so dat he can change your visa office in your nomination letter. You can't be writing ottawa as your visa office while your nomination letter is carring new dehi.

I see that that processing times at New Delhi visa office is 15 months while it is 17 months are CPC-O.
Barring this small difference, is there any other downside to making New Delhi as Visa office (for someone residing in US for last more than 6 years on H1B).
Myself and my wife are both Indian citizen but our son in US citizen.

Hi,
I recently received nomination from NovaScotia. Thanks everyone for the help.

1. But the problem is that I had also applied to Federal Skilled Worker Program 2014 in May 2014. I have not received any acknowledgement and neither my credit card is charged. I am not sure which option is better (going ahead with NSNP or waiting for FSW 2014 to go through). I am wondering if senior members or anyone have any input. As far as I understand, timewise NSNP will be quick to get the final PR visa (since they will do only medical and criminal check etc.) and FSW will take it own time to process the application. Any thought?

2. Next question is how to withdraw my FSW 2014 application? I had given CC authorization. Is there a way to communicate to them? Somewhere I read that I can instruct my credit card company to decline the payment and that will ensure that my application is cancelled.

3. I have six months to send for the federal (second) part of NSNP to CIC-Sydney, NS but I am going to send in next two weeks. Do I mention in that application to withdraw my other FSW application?

Please help.

Glad to let you know my family get nominated this morning.
The total number of nomination should still be below 70.
Wish everyone who is waiting good luck.
