I need to check with my friend who got the per-screening mail and case number. But I remember his NOC is also 2173 and he had also attached so many jobs screenshots and communication details.

The only addition I have to the beautiful write up above is the fact that any application supported by enough third party correspondence will also attract attention.

It was stated in the RLMD guide but I would not know how many of us attach such evidence.

yes, I have provided third party correspondence as well..

What are the chances of getting Nomination after Pre Screening mail.

its at home and i m in office

OK, thanks.

But it is also interesting for me to compare with a SP that was refused too.
I want to understand the logic of NSOI.

I didnt wrote any thing special in my settlement plan.

Just why i am choosing Nova Scotia for settling and what i m planning to do when i reach there after getting my visa.

As I understand, there were no evidence with the correspondence from employers, am I right?

If u r talking about settlement plan... the answer is NO.

I provided my letter of reference from my employers as a proof of my work experience.

I meant the correspondence from the employers in Nova Scotia attached to your SP, because some people are mentioned that it is really important.
