Yes, it has case number and mentioned that application has reached to assessment stage.

According to Balboul link, we can do only hope for the best in near future and applicants for the NSRLMDS, due to FSW2014 mant applicants will move towards FSWP so the chances are high. Again update the seets

In my point of view and after studying Nova scotia action plan, the number of aged (retirement aged) people is vefy high so they require skilled and exlerienced people for the development of Nova Scotia. Students will not give priority to NS becoz there are lots of scope in other province i.e. sasc, manitoba, albarta... Please give maximum comment on my view...

totally agree with you,graduated students will definitly prefer Ontario.
 
enjoy FIFA world cup 2014 and wait .it may something be possible in the next month for nsnp rlmd nomination which applications received in the end of march.

...means that the documents submitted was complete and meet the set requirements by the NSIO...and can be further process / reviewed.
