What will happen if i send them mail to withdraw my application? Or how to do that other way? I want to send documents for FSW and cant wait for their response anymore (my documents are probably not opened yet cause they received them 9th of April) Don't want to send application without withdrawing my nsnp aplication. What to do?

Why you want to do it? you don't know exactly which is better for you. I think you should apply for FSWP without withdrawing your application in NSIO

I will apply under different NOC and no idea if that makes any problems with both applications

I lodged my app on 28th Mar for NSNP. I am sure I wont get any reply from NSOI. So, I applied to FSW'14 and app received on 7th May.

Latest Info, CIC charged 5th May apps. I expect CC charge by this week or next week. I pray to god to show sympathy on me for FSW application.

Friends, getting a pre-screening mail from NSOI is like extracting milk from a ox. So don't wait for a reply from NSOI for your apps.

Move on to FSW. U ll get visa from FSW before you get nominated by NS. So don't fear a CIC or VO officer may find u already applied for NSNP.

Sorry buddy due to Curiousness seems to be i have sent more mails. Lets wait for Mid- June then. Thanks for your replyy.

I am wondering, I was among the first applicants to this program - 06 march. I have not received any reply whatsoever either rejection, approval, nomination, request for documents, no nothing. I am not sure what is happening. Can some NS people go to the office and check for me please. I dont know what to do so asking this :-\ :-\ :-\ :P :P :P

Its really strange , don't know what's happening. Ram why don't u apply in fsw2014. You can easily get PR before march 2015 instead waiting for this bullshit program.

Probably not a problem. U will get PER from
Fsw sooner than getting file number from nsnp. That is if you file this week or the soonest.
Having a file number doesnt mean getting nomination. So you can withdraw once you get per or even before if you are confident that you are eligible for fsw. There is also probability that you may not even get file number at all so no record will ever exist after your rejection.

Thanks A-Cheng for your positive thoughts :)

Go proceed with fswp application. In case nsnp mail you a file number having been successful in the screening stage then you can manifest your withdrawal from nsnp. Fswp caps are up and will be filled up very soon.

i am waiting for nsnp too but since no assurance and no updates then decided to go fsw...

Hi, everyone. I've got a questions here.

I've already got the nomination from NS. And I also applied for FSW 2014, not charged yet. Do I have to withdraw my FSW application now?

I think I have big chance to be charged and get PER. So now, I don't know what to do next. Is it possible to wait for the FSW result then decide whether to cancel NS nomination or not?

Big congrats to you. When was your application received, when did you get your file number and nomination ? This will help others estimate their chances based on the time their application was received and the code. Congrats again.

On the question of withdrawing your FSW - this is one that a senior member can weigh in on.

It depends on a few factors that are not general but specific to you. First factor is....do you want to live in NS for 2 years ? or you don't care ? If you're truly pleased with NS as your destination, withdrawing your FSW application sounds reasonable. FSW provides the benefit of being able to live anywhere. The vital step of being assessed and recommended for PR has been accomplished under the NSOI program/ Provincial nominations aslo have a high conversion rate - meaning once you're nominated and have passed the provincial guidelines, all you need is security and health hurdles and you have it. For FSW, you're not sure if you'll be positively assessed (the bird is not yet in your hand). The second factor is funds......you can start your FSW application just to see if you'll get to the assessment stage and proactively withdraw one application. Problem is you have to pay fees under FSW to even get a chance of your application to be pre-accessed.

Overall, I will contact a senior member on the site for clearer direction two applications cannot pass through the PR funnel at the time time once you get to a certain stage (you can PM the member)

To which email address do I write to find out why they have not opened my package
