Like I said in the earlier discussion as well, people please don't panic...I strongly feel that there is more than a good news coming for all the applicants who have applied for NS PNP. So just relax...godswilling everything will be okay in the matter of time. Just be patient and hope for the best !!!

Whatever this guy David Cohen writes in his blog or website it seems to be very true and the higher authorities are taking necessary steps !!!

Correct me if im wrong. The way i understood their posts is that they received pre- screening / file number not nomination number or letter.
The ns is still screening and choosing those they believe to have complete application and potentials to successfully settle in ns. Then they will crerate a pool of potential nominees for second round of selection process. With this method everyone who submitted up to april 28 will have a chance of selection. This is like a beauty contest. The only disadvantage of those who applied late is when on the second round, 150 were already chosen from the first few batches of pre screened applicants.
