It is not a problem at all. You can use it please. For the records - an employment letter is a letter you will be given at the start of a new employment evidencing your contractual agreement detailing your salary, operating hours, termination terms etc. It is normally issued once except the term of employment changes or you misplaced the earlier one given to you. A reference letter is a letter of attestation to your skills, capabilities, and most importantly a proof of your employment data covering some/all the details in the employment letter. While the employment letter is usually addressed to you, a reference letter could be obtained and addressed to as many organisation/school/bank as you like or even addressed as "To whom it may concern"

Go ahead and no problem - do i make myself clear enough

Now I feel myself better, seemed to be everything concerning the letter is correct :D Everything is clear enough ::) thanks a lot

I think that is not a big case for them, because that is firstly your problem for the next step. did you save the copies? keep them and feel the forms for the CIC almost the same and sign on the same date.

Thanks a lot for the kind words!! it cheered me up. This forum is great for this kind of help. By the way, it is true that there is hardly any difference between the originals and the copies except for the signatures which are in ink.

The only differences are the signitures. They ask the copies because those are the CIC application and they are not very important for Nova Scotia office. But for the next step they ask the originals for CIC. I have copied the page with signiture and kept the original one paper for the next stat (I hope so :)))) Good Luck to you!!!

As I can see that many people have already applied. Is there any deadline to apply and those who apply now will their application will be considered?

Considered unless you have a terrific
Profile like high ielts ,education or
Working experience in some area
They urgely need, computer related
Have less opportunity only my guess

Notice: The Regional Labour Market Demand stream is now closed and will not be accepting any applications that are not received in the office and/or post-marked by end-of-day April 28, 2014.

The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration is processing applications to reach the 150 nominations. Applications are being dealt with on a first-come, first-served basis.

Once the 150 nominees are identified, any applications that are not processed will be returned to applicants.

The stream will open again on January 1st, 2015. Anyone whose application was returned is encouraged to re-apply at that time.

The Nova Scotia Nominee Program (NSNP) is the first step in a two-step application process for a permanent resident visa to Canada. It allows the Government of Nova Scotia to recruit and select immigrants who intend to settle in the province, and have the skills, education, and work experience needed to make an immediate contribution to labour market and economic needs.
