The applicant was a university teacher and teaching computer science for many years. So I wrote 4131. Now she is a student in the computer science department of Copenhagen University for her second master degree.
But please be advice the information on NS immigration website :"they must intend to pursue employment in an occupation that is in demand in the Province. To determine whether your intended occupation is in demand, please refer to the following list - See more at: novascotiaimmigration.com/immigrate/regional-labour-market-demand/#sthash.AfLP8Hoj.dpuf"

Her "intend to pursue employment in an occupation" is software developer, noc 2174. Sorry, the 4131 confused you. Maybe i should change it , but i don't know how to change it to 2174.

Federal Skill Worker. In the excel sheet, it was found she applied for that.
Is was in 2006 that she submitted an application of FSW but was eliminated by Bill C-38 in 2012.

Guys,

Let's wait for next week. It could be possible that one officer has initiated work on their bucket/pool because they received huge applications. Hence, number of immigration office are working on it.

It would be possible that all candidate (complete application) will receive AOR next week.

I am sure there is no body received any email from NS because, the attached photo is fake. nobody noticed that the size of pdf file is 2.2 kb. any specialist at software no that is not possible at least, should be not lesser than 30 kb
