Are you sure we have to wait 6 months once we get nominated ? or do you mean we have a maximum of 6 months to apply to CIC from the day we get our nomination ? I think your nomination expires after 6 months so you have to apply to CIC within 6 months of nomination

actually i already have applied FSW2013 under NOC3142 n my file has reached to CIC on 2 Dec.2013 n same week cap got reached. till now i haven't heard anything from them n didn't get my file back. thats why im a bit worried

I don't know why people here are so much concerned about CAP on RLMD and brought this thing into NS immigration's notice themselves, instead of giving time to their files they must be busy in writing e-mails to Nova Scotia's Immigration office by flooding them through e-mails and asking about CAP on this stream,, hope now all those will be happy after knowing CAP on it..

I'm new to the forum and I'd like to ask if sending the Education assessment is a must or if they requested it? I sent my certificates to ICAS since Feb 24 and I'm still waiting for the report. My package is in the queue
IS the deadline for NSNP submission on April 1st?
Is there any chance for me to submit or just forget about it?

Guys, I can send my application only Monday, 31 Mar. I know is late, but only then I will have all the documents ready. Do you think I should not apply ?

Please let me know something about IELTS. AFter the exam, i have the TEST REPORT FORM in original. Do I have to make a certified copy or a simple copy will do it ?

I also have my IT certifications, which are in English. Do I have to make certified copy or simple copy will do it.

Don't worry. By now ur appl. is in transit to u. CIC is genuine they will not hold ur stapler pin also. Safely it will reach to u. Inform ur area post man for normal mail. Send an enquiry mail and after 20days know when they sent ur file.
