Hi, anyone here send his/her application thru DHL? I shipped my application 5 days ago from DHL Manila Philippines, and upon checking its delivery status a while ago, last update was "Departed Ontario Facility" but that was March 21 (Philippine time), I'm a bit worried that it might not reach Nova Scotia on time or might not reach at all, because of the P.O. BOX that was included in the delivery address. Upon checking the F.A.Q. Page of DHL, they cannot send to address with P.O. box. Any comment or thought regarding this issue? Hoping for a quick response from the applicants who submitted thru DHL. Thank you

Add'tl: I called DHL Philippines' Customer Service Hotline, and they said that they cannot verify its status at the moment because it's 1:00am Canada time there right now. Im just too eager at the moment to verify with some applicants concerning this. Thanks!

write one email to dhl Philippine and give them regular courier address, they will update in system and the address will be changed prior the parcel delivered to NS or prior to it returned to you.

Hi Guys

I have some questions regarding the application, I know some of them have been answered in the forum with different views, so I am looking for concrete answers:
1) Property valuation for proof of funds: Do we need to provide this with the application to NS as well or only to CIC?
2) I inquired for property valuation with some agents here in Noida but they ask for 10K which seems to be too much, I feel they are over charging just because you need the valuation report for the purpose of immigration visa. Have anyone done the evaluation and how much did it cost?
3) Some people also have said that an affidavit can be provided in lieu of the property valuation report. Has anyone done that as well, if yes do you have any performa for the same and what cost of stamp paper should the affidavit be made on?
4) At what stage does PCC needs to be provided, when applying to NS or only when applying to CIC?

Appreciate your help.
Thanks

NS immigration needs it for sure, not sure of CIC. But get it done as NS is first stage .

2) I inquired for property valuation with some agents here in Noida but they ask for 10K which seems to be too much, I feel they are over charging just because you need the valuation report for the purpose of immigration visa. Have anyone done the evaluation and how much did it cost?
10k is lot of money for valuation, you can search other who can charge less. Better google about certified evaluators and check what is amount they charge for evaluation, don't tell them that you want to submit it for immigration.

3) Some people also have said that an affidavit can be provided in lieu of the property valuation report. Has anyone done that as well, if yes do you have any performa for the same and what cost of stamp paper should the affidavit be made on?
Not sure. I just submitted copy of sale of agreement document(which is 35 page document with all terms and conditions of sale)
4) At what stage does PCC needs to be provided, when applying to NS or only when applying to CIC?
NS wants PCC for you and your family only if you or they are convicted of crime. CIC recommends to submit with application, however if you don't send PCC with CIC application then your local visa office will demand it for sure.

Appreciate your help.
Thanks
