Call up DHL ask them the exact status.. You may ask them to expidite delivery

I figured out that all here get the same recipient Parker while i got Cosman and i'm trying to call them to ask about who is Cosman but they didn't answer, can anybody tell me what to do?

Chill guys.. Parker and cosman might be working in shifts... Lol.. Thats my guess. As long as status is delivered..we should be good.

Nothing mentioned of the deadline either
Cant take that chance. Better take an IELTS and hope that some other Province will open up with their PNP program
