I am going to tell you what I wrote, I don't know if I do it well,

In my case I fill out three forms (my wife, my daughter, and me)

In my form Applicant: Me, Spouse : my spouse
In my wife form Applicant : my wife, Spouse: me
in my daughter form Applicant: my daughter, Spouce:nothing

yes you don't need to do anything in question 11, also when you check the validate button, there is no error

I don't understand well this...

but if you are talking about the Generic Application form for Canada IMM 0008, you need to complete this document in your computer, press the validate button, save the document, print the document, sign the document, make a copy of this, and send the copy with your NSNP application , the original IMM 008 form need to sended to CIC after you receive your nomination.

I wrote No to this question, probably it would be better to write Not Applicable, but I wrote that

I wrote in my case Information Systems Analysts , but specified my area of experience in my case Business Intelligence

I filled out both, the nsnp 100 , and also filled out the appendix, and attached more explanation of my settlement plan

Yes you can apply in all category if you are eligible.
But you will get only one PR card or permanently ban in Canada if you will provide any wrong information in forms.

Thanks a ton for reply to each of my question, i appreciate your help.

I just want to make sure that I don't do anything stupid and get rejected by NSNP

Regarding 2 copies of page 5 & 6 of Generic Application form for Canada, the bar code pages are supposed to have 2 copies because thats what I did when I applied for business visa for canada 2 years back.

I do understand we only need to send copies of CIC forms.


Regarding question of Intended Occupation , I believe the answer should closely match to NOC category code. Since I have written Software Engineer it falls under Software Designers & Engineers (2173). Hopefully I am right about this.


I am very much confused about name in the native language (My guess is its for people from countries who have specific script like french, german, swedish etc ) correct me if I am wrong

how did you sent your application,

DHL says, they don't carry documents to PO box address ?? Is it true ??

what is the other best option ? I don't rely on India post .

I have sent via DHL only and mine has reached on 6th 12:00 pm

I called up DHL, they outright rejected saying they don't ship to PO box addreses? Checked with Fedex, they replied same ??

whats the issue ? shall I tell them its just a normal courier no official documents ??

The address is as below. I dont see any PO box number mentioned. Are you quoting the correct address

Hello all,

I am willing to apply under this program. I have little understanding about the program. But can anyone please share with me the guidelines and process for filling the forms.
I am a mechanical engineer (NOC 2132) and was planning to apply under FSW 2014. But I dont see any chances of FSW 2014 now. If I applu under NSNP, then can I apply under FSW 2014(if launched)??

Please help.
