I just took the signature of my relative - Mother In Law. They have not told anything specific as to from whom do we take and all, so I have taken as she was readily available and i did not have time to search for ppl to sign this and answer them as to what that was and all

You mean appendix 3. I just took a print out and filled it on my own with wordings that i will do this and that and there is no country like Canada, etc . I also told them that i respect their bi lingual culture and would love to learn french which will increase my employment opportunities

yes, do we need to fill that its self in appendix 3? i thought its jus guide lines for how to fill the 10 lines given on the form 100

and they even asked abt the proof of job search and etc on appendix 3. we need to include the app guide as well to to our file?

1) if possible can you share what all documents and forms u sent in the application?
2) did you took or advice to take help from an agent?
3) what proofs u submiited when asked if u have contactedd employers?
4) can you let us know the answers for settlement plan questions?
5) i am applying under system test technician..but my designation does not match any titles given under this code?
eg my title is senior associate wheras title are testing engineer etc.would that be a problem
