Or is this figure firm and restricted by CIC?

Where is the good news that would be forthcoming very soon as stated by the Minister in a forum article I read recently?

I guess i am really hoping for a miracle. ;D

I think this number will icrease until next year

I can understand but till the last movement we have to keep hope because we never know when table will turn so hope positive and always be positive.
