Dear, I think old report are useless because Nova Scotia govt. changed RLMD rules in many time in last 2 months, most of the candidate apply in April 2014 because govt said after 150 cap rest applications will be next year queue but now they are saying they will returns the application after 150 cap and need to re-apply next year.

The way the website stresses that they have every "intention" of opening next year plus how they changed their requirements so much has me wondering if they really will be opening back with this kind of criteria or if it would be stricter or worse yet if they will replace it with express entry because that new program is supposed to replace part of pnp. I just feel like what they say they will do changes so often that you can't trust it.

"Intention" is right...they always change the goal posts on you when they feel like.

Any rule applies from year to year without any warning. It is their system but it is not fair and does not give all a fair shot at being nominated.
I just cannot get over the fact as to why continue to take in excess of 3,000 applications when you have no intention of assessing all of them?

Frustrating and just not fair.
I don't think many will be interested in going to NS after this experience and especially now with the opening up of the FSW 2014 program.

In a funny way I think this may turn out to backfire on this province who claim that they really want immigrants to help with economy in light of aging population.

In the long run, given this experience, you may find less immigrants attracted to the province.

Dear ,You have to visit Quebec skilled worker forum for your queries, their are lot of senior member who already apply for Quebec Skilled worker immigration.

My application reached them on 28th March. Looks like very dim chances. 2013 FSW didnt go through, just applied for NS and they have now opened FSW 2014.

Fatigue..

End of one more week...Any nominations/Pre-screen emails this week?

5 pm in Halifax and nothing at least
In this forum I think we are not
Representative universe

So no mail from NSIO today? You mean only 4 people have gotten at least a mail from them! This is unbelievable!

Guys , i want to clear a point, not all the applicants for the NS programs are here , i saw the tracking sheet all were 300 application only , so for sure some other applicants from outside the forum got nominated .. so i think all of us now must cross our fingers and prepare for the FWS if you want ..
