Hello All,

Please sync only for NS RLMD not for other visa options this makes this forum better to follow...

Thank you for your understanding and support..

I think they will close the NS-RLMD on 30th April 2014 because FSW will open on 1st May 2014,Most of the NOC available in FSW list.

Then may be they will finalized 150 nomination before 30 April. Or may be NSPNP is individual program not influence by FSW.

Hey
Anyone get AOR this week ? or Everyone now thinking about FSW 2014 ??
:P

Hi,

Nova Scotia has many different regions that offer diverse opportunities for newcomers. Please name the city, town or region in Nova Scotia in which you intend to live. Provide at least two reasons for choosing this location. ?

Although i choose intended destination as Halifax. Please guide me what else things i will write in reply to above question.

better apply for new FSW 2014 , there is cap of 1000 in all NOCs. Lot of people have applied in NSNP, chances are rare you will get nomination.

Hi all. The FSW 2014 is a good news, but what about Nova Scotia PNP? Please share some opinion, what would you do? Can we apply also in FSW?

you are free to apply for fsw2014 if your noc is in the list...it's worth a try....

In my Nova Scotia application I didn't mentioned in my work experience the NOC which I am eligible for FSW 2014. Would that be a problem? I feel once you apply in one program all your data are saved in database.

Just a quick question guys....

I am just a bit confused about this issue.

Under the RLMD this is open to applicants up to age 55. Say we assume that Nova Scotia province nominates you and proceed to next step and send completed documents for CIC.

Is it likely that they can reject you under the age criteria for someone above age 46 since no points are awarded over that age?

I am thinking that could there be conflict that province nominates you but you still fail to meet minimum 67 points under any of their criteria (e.g. age) for the federal cic requirements?

Appreciate your thoughts on this.
Thanks

No the point system does not apply
When applying CIC with Provincial Nomination

Only health criminal record and funds

If I got nominated by NS do I have to reach the thershold of the 67 points of canada in order to continue Canada part or not

No you don't have to reach it.

No, in this case you will send the original forms of CIC. In other words, no points in evaluation.
