Thanks for the update and I have not given any information about myself and I am alert now to not to share anything if such calls come, actually suddenly the call came and I became so attentive to it, I should thank God it disconnected by itslelf, I might have given some unwanted details of mine to them,,,,Thanks to all of you for all feedbacks

this no if you google is a scammer, i saw a lot of post stating this number makes harassment calls.
just copy and paste it in google and it will show there
and it also states that the number came from new york.

i can also be wrong but thats what google said.

you dont have to eca rite now. If required you will be requested by the authorities to provide the eca.

As stated in the application guide,

The Nova Scotia Office of Immigration reserves the right to request that you have your education assessed by a third party, such as the World Education Service (WES) or the International Credential Assessment Service of Canada (ICAS). You will be notified by a nominee officer if such an assessment is required.

Correct because as of now they don't want it, but when they will initiate actual process before issue nomination letter that time, they may ask.
