Where was your parents PR processed, was it done in Ottawa or in New Delhi

I have few questions related to Medical, before asking questions related to Medical, did you have access to your Gckey acount?

In my case

When I log into eCAS, it says Medial report received

When I log into GCKey, it says medical Passed
PR Processed in new delhi
I don't have GCKEY , I tried so many times but didn't work out for me .
after they put medical received online ,within two weeks they change status to decision made .
and after 9 days ,they requested for passport .

Does this mean my parents have passed medical?

and like to know what is the validity of PR (with in how many months they have to land in Canada)

i have few family issues so my parents would be unable to land in Canada in for next six months and in addition my parents Passport is expiring in Oct 2017

Finally , I was able to link application with GCKey

I have tried with UCI and family name

Only weird thing was number of applicant with this application. Strange it was NOT 1 or 2, it was 3. I have sponsored my Father and Mother only. Father passed away and now only my mother was on application. So i was trying with 1 and 2. Sudenly it worked with 3. I have seen on GCMS notes some where it was saying number of applicants or visa is 3.

So any one who is not successful please try this different numbers

When it found my application, it ask me submit form to cancel representative. I am not sure what it was. In the past i had (My mother's application) rep. I had submitted "cancel rep and appoint me as a rep" form couple of weeks before. I am not sure why it was still asking for that. However i have scanned copy of that and submitted that form. I got the access , by linking the application but not sure if CIC is happy with that or not.

Any knows if GCkey needs cancel of rep? means even children can not be rep?

CIC does not require hard copy of PCC, they are okay with soft copy, read the information below, i have checked with CPC-CTD - Ottawa

you can submit information as they become available to you. so go ahead and submit what you have

This is related to UCI: & Application: associated with my parents Permanent Residence Application.

Police Certificate: Please provide an original police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2017/ Jan /06

We have applied for Police Clearance Certificate in India and expecting to have it issued in next few weeks and should be able to email (soft copy in PDF format, in English) it to your office on or before 6th Jan 2017. But we are not sure if we would be able to mail (Postal service) the original (hard copy) document to your office by 6th Jan 2017.

Therefore we request you to advice us on the following.

a. Is it mandatory to have the Original (Hard Copy) of the Police Clearance certificate to your office by 6th Jan 2017 or just the scanned copy of the document should be sufficient and satisfy the requirement?

b. At the time of additional documentation submission in Nov 2015. We have paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee, soft copy of the receipt & its transaction details are attached with this email, so I am assuming that I do not have to pay any additional Right of Permanent Residence Fee at this time, is that correct?
