Hi members I have concerns regarding my ecase.stage second was in process since 2 weeks..Today I checked its showing application received again .Is it normal?

No idea , if it is good. CIC is happy with it or not?


I have also all other docs ready, except PCC from India. My relatives got PCC, but posted with India Post. Since last 12 days, sitting at New Delhi,

I am thinking to submit all other docs (Forms etc) without PCC. Even in the email got from Visa office, CIC said , "submit PCC if not already submitted" . My consultant said, it was submitted in 2014. Even my mother never went back to India after get PCC from there. So not sure even PCC is required from India again or not? But i have it , it is in the mail.. waiting... Hopefully, I will get PCC in couple of days , then will submit again only PCC.

So for time being going to submit only the other forms etc..

Can some one share same experience, if any one have that?

It seems something not make sense. I think CIC follows different process for everyone . With regards to "Receiving application again", I did NOT see anything wrong/abnormal with it. It should be fine. Nothing to worry...

You should be getting medical, and doc request very soon..

CIC does not require hard copy of PCC, they are okay with soft copy, read the information below, i have checked with CPC-CTD - Ottawa

you can submit information as they become available to you. so go ahead and submit what you have

This is related to UCI: & Application: associated with my parents Permanent Residence Application.

Police Certificate: Please provide an original police clearance certificate from India. This must be received at this office by: 2017/ Jan /06

We have applied for Police Clearance Certificate in India and expecting to have it issued in next few weeks and should be able to email (soft copy in PDF format, in English) it to your office on or before 6th Jan 2017. But we are not sure if we would be able to mail (Postal service) the original (hard copy) document to your office by 6th Jan 2017.

Therefore we request you to advice us on the following.

a. Is it mandatory to have the Original (Hard Copy) of the Police Clearance certificate to your office by 6th Jan 2017 or just the scanned copy of the document should be sufficient and satisfy the requirement?

b. At the time of additional documentation submission in Nov 2015. We have paid Right of Permanent Residence Fee, soft copy of the receipt & its transaction details are attached with this email, so I am assuming that I do not have to pay any additional Right of Permanent Residence Fee at this time, is that correct?

When you log into eCAS, On-Line Services web page

First section will be your name and your current home address

Second section you have “Sponsorship Application(s)

It has got three columns
1. Sponsored Person: it would display your father or mother name (Principal applicant) this would not change

2. Sponsorship Application Status: In my case, this field changed as follows:
Application Received >> In Processes >> Decision Made

When I click Decision Made is see the following
We received your application to sponsor KC DASOJU on September 12, 2011.
Dependant’s listed on the application are: V DASOJU.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on March 4, 2013.
We started processing your application on March 4, 2013.

3. Permanent Residence Applications Status: In my case, this field changed as follows:
Application Received >> In Processes
When I click in progress is see the following
We received KC DASOJU's application for permanent residence on September 12, 2011.
We started processing KC DASOJU's application on September 7, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

Note: Sponsorship Approval letter was mailed to me in the moth of July 2016, and it indicated that my file was transferred to CPC-Ottawa, but my status in Column 3 changed in the month of September from Application Received >> In Processes

Finally after five and half months from the date my parent’s sponsorship application was approval, yesterday night I have received email via GCKey advising me to submit the following

a. Medical Examination, within 30 Calendar days from the date of issue of the email / letter
b. Police Clearance, within 45 Calendar days from the date of issue of the email / letter.

Earlier I tried to have medical and police clearance done in advance in Hyderabad / India (i.e. with out the letter for Medical and Police clearance letter for CIC) and was unsuccessful.

Finally i got the following completed

a. Medical examination for both of my parents, it took almost 10 days (from initial date of requesting for appointment to final submission of e medical report), my parents have high Blood pressure and Blood Sugar, therefore they had to go for medical exam for three visits, they have charged about 7.5K Indian rupees per person (basice was 5K plus two additional tests were done related to Organ failure and Eye degradation)
paid about 15K (in Hyderabad / India) Medical examination center had eMedical service so files were uploaded three days for the date of Completion of the testes, eCAS status has changed to Medical results received after three days from the date of up load

b. Police Clearance Certificate was interesting (Government of AP / Telangan / India has established a good Online process) but unfortunately the folks around this process have Manipulated it. in short PCC was issued within seven working days as per their Policy on their website. but strings attached. i have uploaded soft copy of the PCC via email and requested for acknowledgement, and i have received acknowledgement on receipt of PCC

Where was your parents PR processed, was it done in Ottawa or in New Delhi

I have few questions related to Medical, before asking questions related to Medical, did you have access to your Gckey acount?

In my case

When I log into eCAS, it says Medial report received

When I log into GCKey, it says medical Passed

Does this mean my parents have passed medical?
