My stats are on the left and I still have not heard anything from Ottawa office. Has anyone from 2011 apps heard from them?

My friend applied August 2011 he didn't get Medicals yet but be got an letter statIng has an interview on 30 th of August .... He is so tensed and scary

Our case has been transferred to Ottawa from Buffalo on July 7th 2012, as per the GCMS notes. Somewhere it says "in progress", but we don't think that make any sense though.
Nothing major has been done on the file, just updated our adress and added our baby's info. Thats what they have done so far.

Hi,

I am noticing Ottawa is processing December 2010 apps right now. On other discussion pages people are sharing their good news and their timelines are from 2010 application submited. So, let's hope by next month Ottawa will reach 2011 january apps hopefully!
Has anyone seen people from 2011 with no job offer FSW1 applicants receiving any news from Ottawa?

i am also 2011 aplicant with Buffalo VO. I called CIC to inquire on regarding my son's current status since his citizenship is now change from immigrant to US citizen. I asked on what to do if i need to send the documents regarding my son status in order to update our application. The operator said that all the files from Buffalo has been transfered to Ottawa and being arrange in que. So I am going to send the inquiry next month when my son's US passport is then ready. Hoping that Ottawa office will also start to notify each and everyone of us for MR.

inquiry001 looks like you and I applied almost on the same day! You already received your second AOR from the visa office, that's great! We have not heard anything since first AOR.

Congrats on ur son's citizenship! If I were you I would not iclude him in my canadian application because it will slow down the process more. He is a US citizen, he can go to Canada with you without a visa can't he? If yes, why would you add him now? Why not let ur app take its course and once you get your PR you can lsnd with him and sponsor him while you are in canada
