Any member in this forum who can please tell me how long does it take for the delhi visa office to send the medical request after the file is transferred to it,

There is no set time period for medical from any visa office including Delhi. It varies from case to case.

Some people wait ages for medical request while others get upfront medical request along with sponsorship approval.

Finally 5 and 1/2 year wait is over, my parents received their passport back with visa on 31st Dec, passport submit on 23rd of Dec. my Ecas is showing now Decision made and before ppr in process.

I got the passports request on 7 DEC but submitted them on 30th DEC (still within 30days I guess) and now waiting to get them back hopefully with the stamped visa.

Yes. Mine show medical received now. Medical received line was added in the same week after completing medicals. No PPR yet though. Two months after medicals.

Hi everyone.

Is it possible to send a case-specific Inquiry to CIC?
On CIC website, I can send a inquiry to visa office only, but not to CIC office in Canada.
As I haven't received the sponsorship approval yet, I have to contact the CIC office in Canada, right?

Not yet.
Call center said we have to wait until end of 2015 and then give them a call.
We are trying to call them this week.
