as per email letter looks like file transfer to New Delhi Canada Office. does anyone else have this and how long it will take to get medical request. i have hear that they need police clearance certificate - do i need to submit to new delhi? please reply if anyone know about this status. thank you in advance.

What is your complete timeline? What does AOR Sept 16, 2014 represent? Is this the date you submitted additional docs to CPC M? You should have received the Acknowledgement in early December 2014, in that case your AOR is Dec 2014. If i understood correctly, your additional documents were received by CPC M on Sept 16, 2014 and you got the request to submit IMM 1344 on Jan 29, 2015 instead of approval? Please share your complete timeline.

I request the forum members to include the day with the month and year when mentioning their status date. There is huge difference when saying submitted in Sept 2014 as compare to Sept 01, 2014 or Sept 30, 2014, so please mention the complete date.

My complete timeline is as follows:

Application submitted: Sept 27, 2010 ( No Dependants)
Additional Doc requested: July 31, 2014
Additional Doc received by CPC M: Sept 16, 2014
Acknowledgement Received: Dec 10, 2014 (Letter dated Dec 01, 2014)
Sponsorship Approval: WAITING (Hoping sometime this week)

New IMM1134 new sent today i.e 04.02.2015
Now kindly advise how much time sponsor apprval will take.

Congrats I have added your approval to the list of approvals. Yes you will need to send PCC to your LVO which will be New Delhi for you if this is where your file has been transferred.
You will be contacted by the LVO when they require the PCC.

If your documents were complete why were you asked to send another IMM 1134. You were required to send one when you applied in Jan2011. Do you know why another one was requested.?

usually forum members have received approval in about 7-8 weeks after getting AOR.

Hi seniors!!

My parents timeline is:-

Applied - Aug 2010

AOR received:- 19th November 2014

After that no communication from CIC but on E-Case , a new line was added

On Ecase on 9th jan 2015 it shows " Decision Made"

No letter or information till now!! ( had closed the email given in 2010)
Now my question is -

1 . Is everyone getting M R on email ? or letter is also getting sent! And if email- On whose email are they sending the MR request - sponsor' (in this case my brother ) or my parents !
2. Can we update email at this stage and how?
3 Has everyone got "Decision Made" on their sponsorship e- case! Is it good or bad?? Really worried!!
4. Should I contact the NDVO or CIC-O in regarding this case??

Experienced senior member plz suggest!!

which courses ur dependent taking who's 22 age at the time of application? coz m also under 22 age or m thinking to switch my field.coz there is no course after master degree.

I was wondering why you had not updated your timeline for so long. You first of all need to click the decision made link on eCas. When you do this it will open another window which will say something like " a decision has been made on.......we have sent you a letter on this day etc.....

This letter has most probably been sent to your email id you gave in your application in 2010.
I think almost everyone has received email for sponsorship approval.

The other thing is on that email letter is actually states "if you received this communication via email, please note that another copy will not be mailed to you."

This letter is important because it mentions the visa office where your parents file has been transferred and the contact information if you need to contact the visa office.

I would check your eCas and then ring CIC to inform them you do not have the letter if eCas mentions letter sent to you.

You will then be able to know if file is at Ottawa or Delhi.

So far medical request are also being sent via email. Your timeline says you got medical request on 2 Feb 2015. Have your parents received their medical request? if so which visa office sent request.

If your documents were complete why were you asked to send another IMM 1134. You were required to send one when you applied in Jan2011. Do you know why another one was requested.?

In fact my case was sent through agent so when yesterday we asked our agent why cpc m has again asked for new IMM1134 New then they have shown us copies of old IMM1134 in which signature of principal applicant was not asked for but now in the new IMM1134 we three have signed at page nbr 7 i.e sponsor/cosponsor & principal applicant who happened to be with us on supervisa.
So kindly share your experience and advise.
