Today I received GCMS notes, please senior member shed some light what can I do in this situation

on the notes it says as follow
Eligibility passed
Security blank
Hiv blanks
criminality passed
medical in progress (what does mean by in progress)
updated date 2015-10-13
assignment due date 2015-11-11

my parents perform upfront medical in june and then they again receive the 1017Emedical with other additional documents and my panel physician said, your parents don't need to perform another medical, just send the emedical information sheet along with other requested documents and we sent everything back on 15 sept and ndvo received on 18th of sept.
under medical status it says


medical sent
IME status not started (what does that mean)


Reason for closure Received in eMed (what does that mean)
but when I scrolled down down on the end pages, in the Visa officer's notes it says
eligibility, criminality passed, await for medical result( what does that mean, ndvo didn't receive medical result and updated date is 2015-10-13) what should we do in this situation, anyone who faced through same situation, please answer. please anyone shed some light on this. Thanks in advance

yes I did, couple time I sent case specific enquiry to ndvo, but never got any reply back from them.

I know people got `Medical recieve` in their ecase within 1-2 weeks. Although mine has done since 20 Oct and have not got in ecase yet. I dont know how it works but did you send Medical sheet to Delhi in mail or email ?

now this time my parents also sent 1017E regular forms,( which we received in sept from NDVO) along with emedical information sheet and also my parents went to see panel physician regarding this and she gave some kind of form to send NDVO and she said now ndvo will pick up your medical result, I hope everything will be ok in this month, how about you, which medical your parents performed, is it upfront medical or regular med. If its regular medical then, I think would not be any problem.

Yes it was regular medical. Just a note, Doctor never send medical to visa office. They just simply update the case in emedical system. Then it is upto visa office to review it. So there is no sending involved unless you send eMedical sheet. That`s what my doctor told me.

If that is the case then why its taking too long to review the med result, my parents medical was done in june and its almost six month and in GCMS notes, vo mention that medical result are pending and next step is await for result of meds. So does this mean that ndvo has my parents medical result and they did not review yet, but I am thinking on the other way, for upfront medical UMI is created by panel physician and they link the result to that code, so I am thinking that ndvo is not able to link that code, sometime its system error. I really do not know what's going on

So on which e-mail id, is the best to send this e-mail, so they review the medical result for sure. is it CASE specific enquiry or is there any different email id for ndvo RMO. please some one reply. Thanks
