hi kabir
yes, I will definitely let you know, when my aunt will receive ppr. NDVO just update on Ecas that they receive the medical after the 3week of final X-ray. do you received upfront medical request along with sponsorship approval. or you received medical request separate from NDVO, DID you receive another additional documents request like pcc , original DMC like that.

Hello Seniors,

My parents sponsorship case submitted in 2007 is in progress and we have done the medical that was requested in June 2015 due to sputum and xrays medical finally completed in early september since then we are waiting to hear from LVO about PPR, I have inquired from them they are saying they will get back in due time.

Thanks,

Captain

Hi Everyone

A quick question about medicals as my parents will be doing their medical on 3rd Nov??

How strict are they on medical?? and What tests are included in the medical??

My mother might have little bit high calestrol level and little bit high sugar level??

Is it BIG DEAL or they look for more serious stuff??

Thank you.

My parents have done their medicals but have been asked to re-do the Background Schedule A (IMM5669) forms because they forgot to send all the police certificates since turning 18. My dad who is now 71 is having, as expected, really hard time to recall each and every address where he has been in the last 50+ years. To top it off, he had traveled extensively to Europe and North America for business trips so recalling hotel addresses for all those stays is proving to be really difficult.

Would it make sense to include a letter with the form stating that we have completed it to the best of our abilities and have tried to be as thorough as possible but the addresses may not be 100% accurate due to the long past? Has anyone done this before? or is this like shooting oneself in the foot?

Please help as this is turning out to be a real pain.

Thank you!

Tests include blood, urine and xrays, what they are really looking for is TB and other major diseases, calestrol is not an issue at all but major heart problem is

I have the same dilemna when we were filling out form imm5669 during the update in July 2014. But since it was stated in question no. 8 to provide details since the age 18, or the past 10 years, whichever is most recent, i used the past ten years as reference.

If they asked you specifically from age 18 then you dont have a choice but to give them all the info from age 18. Writing a letter and explaining that you tried your best to fill out all the info is a good idea but the form says "failure to account for all time periods will result in a delay in the processing of your application". So i suggest, try very hard to complete the form as accurate as possible to avoid more delays in the processing.

If you will check the spreadsheet, we have a member named Notley and iateapple whose files were processed in London, got PPR in 10 days from Decision Made status. So far, those are the only data that we have but most likely you'll get your parents PPR more or less the same period.

My dad filled it out for the last 10 years last year but now they have asked from 18 years of age. So we are doing this form the 2nd time. Issue is not that my dad will have any gaps in between since he has his old passports and can figure that out(its still quite a bit of pain) but its recalling addresses from 40+ years ago. As you suggested, I will attach a letter explaining that we have filled it to the best of our abilities.
Thanks for your help jeleni.

Good news, Finally We get the sponsorship approval!

In the letter it mentioned
-Sponsorship approved
-File was transfered
-Require Up-front Medical Notification information sheet.

Question

----It seems one sponsorship approves, the Medical Exam is followed immediately...right? or this is only for my parents?
-------I think once sponsorship get approved, in the same letter they request a Up-front Medical Notification information sheet

----Who is Panel Physcian or what is an E-Medical Up-front Medical Notification information sheet?---where can I find the related information
-------I found the related info from CIC site.

Jeleni, Can you please update my status on google sheet?
