Hello, We both have same issue my parent did upfront medical on June 16 2015 and e case still not updated. Also, its still showing application received no process yet. I have sent email last week to New Delhi office so lets see, its more then 2 months did the medical.

Hi,

My file was transferred in July 2015. In the same letter they asked for the upfront medical which I did on very next day. ECAS showing current status "In Process". Do I need to send anything from the medical document or the doctor will automatically send the results to CIC. It's been more than a month now and no status change that they have received the medicals. Usually how long they take to change this information?

Our medical was done on Jun 25, 2015 and online status is not updated as of yet. I was told by other members that usually medical received and decision made are updated sometimes at the same time.

I don't know if that's the sponsorship approval letter it says:

"You have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor. Accordingly, the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative has been forwarded to the visa office in Manila for further processing..."
Is it the SA?

yes it is SA letter..but ur aor date is july 2015 which is starnge.can u share ur whole timeline like when u applied for ur pernts spounship in 2010.and date when u submitted requested forms and documents in aug 2014.

Our file was delayed due to submitting the wrong year for option C. Our entire application was returned and we were asked to resubmit the additional documents with the right year for option C within 30 days

App. Filed.......: June 2010.
Doc's Request.: July 2014
Application returned.: Dec 2014 (entire additional documents)
Re-submission: Jan 2015
AOR: July 10, 2015
File Transfer: August 12, 2015 (letter received today by post)

By the way should we wait for a medical request or should we do an upfront medical since the letter have a "Requirement for Medical Examination". We did not receive a form IMM1017E

Forgot the exact date but according to our AOR they received the complete application on January 16.

You should do upfront medical ASAP and send emedical information sheet to your visa office. This page has all the information you need

You don`t need IMM1017E, your doctor should already have it. Also only go to the doctor which has eMedical system enabled otherwise there will be additional delay in paper based mail.

The instructions which you got from CPC-M, do they say you have to send "emedical information sheet" ? As far as I have seen, most of them say you need to do that.

So true. Unfortunately I missed that part. It's been a month now that I have the e-medical information sheet and was think that doctor gonna mail it directly as she took a copy of CIC letter from me. My case processing centre is CPC-Ottawa. So now I am going to mail them my e-medical information sheet.

I just need to courier them the e-medical information sheet along with the copy of this letter, right?

Yes doctor sends it via e-medical. However, our immigration officer recently asked me to send them as well, because he couldn't locate the files. So, I uploaded the documents via case specific enquiry.

Yes doctor sends it via e-medical. However, our immigration officer recently asked me to send them as well, because he couldn't locate the files. So, I uploaded the documents via case specific enquiry.
