Hello everybody.

I am very worried!

New Delhi request original birth certificates and other documents to be sent to the following.

Immigration Section
UNIT B
PO Box 5209
7/8 Shantipath, Chanakyapuri
New Delhi 110021 India

Since DHL does not deliver to PO Box, I did not write the post box number and also forgot to write the Unit B and send all the documents to the following address.

DHL today shows that the package is delivered but there is no signature as proof. Has anyone sent document to New Delhi, Chanayapuri to the address I have sent ? How can I find out if my document has got to the right hand?

Please shed some light.

Maybe since the decision is made and document validated, they no longer need a big stiack of document we sent. do you know the medical was OK ?

See my brothers already sent passorts to new delhi they have recived passport rwuest 3 days ago .....!!
But in my case i check my online status it only shows medical recieve till now ..!!

No need to woory if you check indian sites ..india.gc.ca ...... They have given this address

My Visa office is London and On-line services has been updated to say medicals received as of today.

We submitted them May 29ish...

I applied my parents and one sibling in july2010, medical has been done on 21june2015. does anyone in the same timeline get a request to submit a passport. I am waiting for this very anxiously

I have almost similar timeline. Did meds on May 27 th. Online status shows 'application received' . So far no PPR .

So, yesterday my Dad got a call in India from New Delhi

They were asking about his RCMP fingerprint report which is not included in the documents. My Mom who is in Canada now have spend more than six months in Canada, had her RCMP fingerprint report included with additional documents. So my Dad told them that he have never spend more than six months in Canada, therefore we just included Police report from India for him. The lady from New Delhi said Ok and said all good.

I dont know if this is good or bad but they are certainly looking into our file at the moment.

Its still long way to go even after sponsership approval. I see many people have had medicals and still no passport request. If we get sponsorship approval in July/Augest, I guess passposrt request will come until nov/dec.

I believe officers who are assigned to our file are sleeping

we got our SA after a year and its been 7 months we are waiting for medicals its a loong wait

ecas is not updated yet, still shows only, "we Recieved application on XXXXX"

Same happens with me medicald done 7 may ecas show medical recived only ..!!
But my two frnds got ppr 3 days ago ..!!

Hi Guys,

Just an update regarding my case:

My parents got their immgration on July 1...Canada Day !!
they submitted their passports in VFS Jalandhar on June 19th and they got it back on July 1st with the immigration visa.

Expiry date is June 21, 2016 that means they gave almost 1year for the landing which is good enough.
