How long has it been since you can't log in? Maybe tRy to wait a bit. That's exact same message I received before I also panicked & tried asking around. But probably within the day or after a day (not quite sure) I was able to log in & there was update in my ecas. I'm guessing yours is being updated by them or for whatever reason. I'm confident you will be able to log in give some time.

Still showing as Application recived in 2010 and a decsision was Made in march 2015.

GOing to call them today. I also submitted a form to add my email address to the file, however have not recived an confirmation.

I got sponsorship approval March 19th, however no news of medical as yet

It has been 2 months since ecas status changed to decision made I still didn't receive PPR request for my Mom.
Any idea how long does it take? Do you want me to still wait or send an email to Ottawa. Please advise

Got a medical request email today for my mom and sister from London. Two seperate emails came.
Did the medicals on June 23rd, and sent emails to dr.'s office so they can link the letters when sending e-medicals.

What will be the next steps? I am thinking of sending updated forms via mail this weekend to London to save some time. I will send the medical information receipt just in case, forms and RFP fees receipt. Anything I am missing that they might request other then PCC?

So you have not yet logged in your ecas since stage 2?...I guess double check first if you are logging in correctly.
Try either or all these 4 ways and you should be able to loggin:

1) use sponsors' UCI and sponsor's birth details; OR

2) use applicant's UCI and applicant's birth details; OR

3) use Application number Fxxxxxxxxx and sponsor's birth details; OR

4) use Application number Fxxxxxxxxx and applicant's birth details

If doing any of these is still unable to log you in, something must be going on with your file, which we can't really know for sure...Try to check again with CIC...

hi chotis. it's good to hear that at least you're able to log in your ecas. As for when CIC will update our ecas, we can only hope for the best...Our patience is really at work in this waiting game...

So on April 28th i received the sponsorship approval and file transfer notice(London Office) via email. So i went ahead and got my parents to do upfront medical, the clinic give us 2 datasheets for my mom and dad which i was told to submit to the London office. Since i couldn't locate an address i uploaded the forms using their case specific inquiries.

Now today i received new email from the London office asking for my parents to have their medical done and submit within 30 days to London office and with it were attached two copies of form IMM 1017 E.

What should i do? How do i know they received the upfront medical reports? should i have the IMM 1017 E filled out by the doctor and mail out to London High Commission address?

so my parents got their medical done on june 18...doc called my mom needed to redo xray...mom went back june 22 got it done...we submitted all additional requested doc alongwith pcc june 25..wait game starts again
