Hello,
I request a reply from someone who would be aware of the current PR card regulations. My canadian PR card expired in 2007. At the time, I was married and residing out of Canada with my ex spouse, having completed the 2 year stay perios. Subsequently I went through a seperation and divorce and hence had to return back to my home country back to my parents, for stability, a home, financial, mental and emotional support. I did not consider returing to Canada, because of many unresolved personal issues. I would now like to return on my own and restart life there. Any help on how I could go about this, to whom I should address my case, and on what grounds would be useful.
Thank you.
