2006 DAMASCUS APPLICANTS

Hello everybody! I'm new to this forum and this is my 1st post. I applied for PR under FSW through damascus office. my timeline is:
AOR: aug,2004
Updates requested: May,2009
Updates sent: jun,2009
file transferred to warsaw on jun,2009
nothing since then
i'm worried because i found that many people applied months after me and got their medicals recently but my representative told me that no news is good news as we passed " according to him" the refusal point. any comments?!

Hi Fadi and welcome to the thread.

August 2004? they are now processing August 2005 you should have received medicals last year, is there any reason why your application was delayed like this? 69 months have passed for your application, I think you need to send CHC an inquiry about this and about your medicals, what about this representative? does he see this as a healthy timeline? can you give us more details?

Thank you yousakal for the warm welcome although my case dosen't belong to the topic of this thread but it seems to be the most active one.
As for the delay, few months ago the warsaw office asked for police clearance from saudi arabia where i worked for 2years (2005-2007). but my representative emailed them that in my case there is no need for such document as i'm not living there any more. last month they responded -warsaw office- that they are sorry and there is no need for that document. I guess that this might be the reasone of delay.
On the other hand, after my application was transferred to the warsaw office the timelines raised dramatically from 6-9 months to 60-69 months and i'm wondering if the waiting time in damascus office is taken in consideration or not.

Hi Fadi, Riwa, yes this is true, Warsaw was initially 6 to 9 months, but when the files were transferred to Warsaw (2004 and 2005 cases), the increase in timeline occured.

Hey Youskal, Loooool. Sorry i dont know how to use this site, i have just seen ur reply although i have looking if there is anybody answered me . I think the early 2006 cases will start to here after June this year but we still hope that it will be sooner.

Hi all! dear youskal tell me about your calculations. How did you find that you must hear from them in june? I mean the web site of the damascus office says that they are until now still processing applications of september 2004

Hi Fadi,

Most of our calculations come from analyzing threads, technically this is our source of info, no official source.

In addition, on the site they are saying that they are processing applications up to September 2004, however, cases like Riwa and couple of my friends says otherwise.(September/October 2005 Cases).

Still no change in my status (same old rusted "in process"), yet I think early 2006 applicant must receive their update or transfer notification letter soon.

By the way, they might transfer or UL the whole 2006 batch just like they did with 2005.
