Got ITA 42 minutes after draw with 1035 points.

i am soo devastated. sitting at 448 and seems like no hope.
few days ago , my points raised from 448 to 473 because as per cic i competed my 2 years of work. but in fact completing my legitimate 2 years of work in oct and i had to remove my 4 months exp to get back to 448. but still i see very less hope getting an ita. . good luck Canada bringing in all the skill people of the world and not cared about the people who work here . congratulations who got ita.

This is really not fair for people who already work here in Canada, pay taxes, took further education in Canada and spend 5 years trying to get a PR. Right now I have to go back to my home country just because my PGWP is expired..

I have got it right after the draw ..been waiting for this thing since January

My current score is 1036 with Ontario PNP

Looks like this is PNP oriented draw. I have noticed here a few guys including myself have gotten ITAs under PNP

No I didn't . But the the points i got I didn't earned those points . I started working aug mid and finished mid nov 2013 . So express entry system calculated that experience as full 4 month but in fact It's 2.5 moths . . I was lost and thought it wil be misrepresentation when the officer will access my file because I haven't completed my 2 years of work yet. U have got any experience with this situation or u know who gone through this situation? I think cic call Centre are just a bunch of agents who have very few clue what they talk about and very hard to trust their words. Any suggestion is apreciated.

I know how you feel right now. You'll get it soon.

This is what you do now.
Add that experience and boost your points up to 473. Next draw might be after 2 weeks.
Let's say you get ITA on 21st August, then you have 60 days to accept your ITA which means you have time till 21st October. At that time you should have earned your points and apply around mid October. My 2 years will be done on Sep 26 and if I get an ITA before that this is exactly what I'm going to do. However, this is what I am going to do. I would advise if you can call CIC and ask, if the rep cannot answer your question then ask them to forward this question for advise from their superior and they reply you with an answer within 10 days.

nice. If new draw happens in 2 weeks with around 1500 invitations, you have good chances ..

We have 469 points. I wonder how are they determining the number of invitations to be issued. Anyone has an idea?
