11 month contracts for FSW

Hi,

I am an elementary school teacher and work on contract basis for my employer in India. My contracts are 11 month long and there is always a gap month between the renewals. I have finished 3 of these 11 month contracts and was wondering if I will be eligible for FSW in EE since technically the work experience is not continuous.
average hours worked are 36/week.

May be I wasn't clear. My question is would the 1 month gap in my contracts be a problem? or would it be considered continuous work since I have been with the same employer and working in the same NOC.

One month is a gap indeed unfortunately.
But because there is no exact definition on what constitutes a gap if it's doing the same job each time (or in other case for that matter...), it will be up to officer to determine if it's an issue upon reviewing eligibility.
