I needed help regarding my case for CEC. I got my 1 year PGWP last year; valid from 9th July 2013 to 9th July 2014. I started my job on 11th July last year. So my 365 days (12 months) should complete on 10th July this year. But since I can only work till 9th July, I would be short of one day in my experience. Should that be a problem? I called CIC regarding this 2 times. First time they said it shouldn't be a problem, and the other time they said it depends on the officer who is checking my file.
I have worked with two companies during my this almost 1yr experience. My second issue is the company, with whom I worked first, is shutting down this August. The department in which I have worked is already closed. So how can the CEC officer verify the validity of my experience in that company? The best I can do is include the T4, NOA, pay stubs (as many as possible, a few might be missing) along with my reference letter (but they cannot call them to verify it).
