How long does it take to get the final decision after receiving the AIP for inland online application?
Even i am looking for same answers... :(

As per my research either its within the same time frame of few days max week or 1 -2 months depending on the Background check

Usually Background is already under process they just don't always update the tracker. It can take somewhere from a 1 week to 2 months only in certain cases it might take months to an year. As per what i read on this forrum its almost complete around SA/AIP usually the COPR follows that in couple of days or weeks or 1-2 months

So finally, I got eCOPR.
Inland, paper.

Jul 18, 2021: sent the package
Dec 25, 202: application was returned due to no translated birth certificate (almost had a heartstroke on that snowy day, when we got home after the Xmas party, and saw that thick package).
Jan 10, 2022: sent the package again
Jan 13, 2022: package was received by IRCC
Mar 16, 2022: AOR
Mar 17, 2022: Request for medical exam
Apr 4, 2022: Medical exam passed
Apr 21, 2022: Open work permit issued
Sep 6, 2022: Eligibility check completed, pre arrival service letter
Sep 7, 2022: Background check completed.
Sep 8, 2022: received a letter saying there's outstanding for the right to PR, asking to pay by Sep 15 or the application would be cancelled (we paid in full in Jul 2021).
Sep 9, 2022: called IRCC, the agent said there's shortage of $85 because of the fee changes in Apr 2022. He advised to make payment immediately and give him the receipt # on the call. Did it immediately, instead of a fee dispute.
Sep 16, 2022: received a letter from Calgary office saying my PR application was approved, they want my email address for PR portal.
Sep 20, 2022: link to PR portal to declare address in Canada & submit photo.
Sep 21, 2022: eCOPR ready in PR portal.

It feels like forever and at some points, we felt hopeless. I'm a permanent resident of Canada from today.

Congratulations!!!!
I am so happy for you!

I am curious I am inland too for the online portal where you add the address and photo.

the photo is just a regular photo taken off your cell Phone right? Is the portal hard to navigate?

thanks so much

I am waiting for my turn!!

Pretty sure they want the PR card specific photo, not a selfie from your phone. Applicants provide 2 identical photos that conform to the very rigid specs, because one will be used for the PR card...while the other goes on a giant bulletin board in the IRCC lunchroom. Kidding! LOL!

Lol okay! I gave photos when we submitted our application but I know I will have to do inland landing via online portal because I am inside Canada I just don’t wanna mess anything up when it comes to the portal.

Ah...must admit that I'm not privy to how the online portal thingy works, sorry. Best to wait for someone that does.

[EDIT]:
Just checked and found this-
What you can do in the portal

Through this portal

  • you can declare you’re in Canada
  • you can confirm your address
  • you can submit a recent photo we will use to make your PR card
  • we can give you access to your proof of permanent resident status
  • you can share personal information safely

Uploading and submitting photos

If we return your photo, you can resubmit a new photo into the portal. Make sure the new photo meets all the photo requirements listed in the portal before you upload a new one.

Reasons your photo may be returned

  • photos are too dark
  • background is not white
  • facial features not visible
  • glare on photo
  • measurements are not between 715x1000 and 2000x2800 pixels
  • file size is above 4MB
  • other reasons – see photo requirements for details

To submit a photo

  • your photo can be
    • a professional digital photo in JPEG or PNG format
    • a scanned professional photo (don’t take a picture of a paper photo with your digital camera or phone)
    • a selfie (as long as it meets the photo requirements – submitting an incorrect photo will delay your PR card)
  • follow the directions in the photo editor window to position and crop your photo
    • click the “apply” button to validate your photo
    • your photo will show in black & white
    • you can edit and replace your photo with another photo up until when you submit it
    • you don’t have to delete the previous photo to upload a new one (it automatically replaces the previous photo)
  • check the Declaration box and click “next” to upload your photo
    • if you get a warning message that your photo doesn’t meet the requirements but you want to submit it anyway, also check the Acknowledgement box and click “Next” to continue
  • press “submit documents” (once you do this, it can no longer be changed)
---
So, it appears that you can submit a selfie, IF IT MEETS THE CRITERIA!

'submit a recent photo' seems pretty vague, because the PR card photo requirements are very specific.
